Sunyata Yoga. Escuela de Yoga y Meditación
Sunyata Yoga® es una escuela en el barrio de las Tablas dedicada a la enseñanza y práctica en profundidad del Yoga Físico (Hatha Yoga) y Mental (Raja Yoga, comúnmente denominado meditación).
Una práctica estructurada y progresiva basada en el Hatha Yoga clásico. Trabajamos las asanas con precisión, desarrollando fuerza, flexibilidad y una conciencia corporal transformadora. Una práctica que va más allá de la mera actividad física.
Una enseñanza gradual que parte del cultivo de la atención, madura la concentración y evoluciona hacia el estado meditativo. Un proceso de profundización en la conciencia.
Clases particulares adaptadas a las necesidades y objetivos de cada persona. Diseñamos un programa específico de posturología, respiración y tutorización de la práctica meditativa, ajustado a las características y evolución de cada persona.

Inaugurada en año 2016, Sunyata Yoga® es una escuela en el barrio de las Tablas dedicada a la enseñanza y práctica en profundidad del Yoga Físico (Hatha Yoga) y Mental (Raja Yoga, comúnmente denominado meditación).
La ubicación de la escuela en barrio de Las Tablas viene determinada por la experiencia previa de Sol Giménez impartiendo clases en diferentes centros deportivos, spas y empresas de telecomunicaciones en los barrios de Mirasierra, Montecarmelo y Las Tablas desde el 2010 hasta 2015.
